Sign up and enter your EOS Poland case number.
Don’t know your case number? You can find it in letters from EOS Poland or in SMS messages. If you’re unable to locate it, contact us at +48 224 969 224
Accept the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
If we don’t have your email address on file, you’ll receive a verification code at the address you provide. Enter the code to confirm your email.
Set a password for your account.
Log in to view your cases and available repayment options.
