How can I set up a settlement in the portal?
- Go to your case details and click “View offers” on the right
- Review the available repayment options and choose one
- Set the date of your first payment and continue
- Verify the agreement details
- Confirm the terms and your phone number
- Enter the SMS code… and you’re done! Your plan is now active
Why can’t I see my case in the portal?
This may happen for two reasons: the case has already been settled, or its current status does not allow online handling. In such cases, please contact an advisor at +48 22 335 12 00.
Is an online settlement agreement as valid as a paper contract?
Yes. Confirming the agreement with an SMS code sent to your phone is legally binding (in accordance with the EOS Online terms and conditions).
You can review the agreement before confirming it, and after approval you’ll receive the full document as a PDF to the email address saved in your “My data” section.
Does one settlement cover all cases?
No. Each case is handled separately (and may involve different original creditors). To repay multiple debts in installments, you need to set up separate agreements for each case displayed in the portal.
None of the repayment options suit me — what should I do?
If the proposed installments are too high, contact an advisor via the helpline. We’ll work with you to create a repayment plan tailored to your financial situation.
