On the EOS Online portal, you’ll find all your cases along with your current outstanding balance.

This makes it easier to understand where you stand and what steps you can take next – without needing to contact a consultant.

2. Make a setlement

 

A settlement is a convenient way to reach an agreement where the installment amount is tailored to your financial situation. On the EOS Online portal, you can review the available options and set up your plan entirely online.

In EOS Online, you’ll find your up‑to‑date repayment schedule, making it easier to stay on track and see how much you have left to pay.                                                                                                                                                       

 

4. Make a payment


In the portal, you can choose a convenient payment method and settle your balance in full or in part – using fast Autopay options (BLIK, instant online transfer) or traditional bank transfer details.

To create an account on the portal, you need to have a case with EOS Poland.

  1. Go to https://eos-online.pl/.
     
  2. Sign up and enter your EOS Poland case number.
     
  3. Don’t know your case number? You can find it in letters from EOS Poland or in SMS messages. If you’re unable to locate it, contact us at +48 22 335 12 00.
     
  4. Accept the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
     
  5. If we don’t have your email address on file, you’ll receive a verification code at the address you provide. Enter the code to confirm your email.
     
  6. Set a password for your account.
     
  7. Log in to view your cases and available repayment options.

FAQ – frequently asked questions about EOS Online

1. Registration and login

Is creating an account free?

Yes, registration and use of the EOS Online portal are completely free. The portal is designed to make managing your debt easier.

What do I need to register?

You’ll find all the steps and required details in the section Sign up for EOS Online and get a repayment plan.

I don’t have my case number.

An 8‑digit case number is required to register. You can find it in every letter sent by EOS Poland and in our SMS messages. If you’re still unable to locate it, contact our helpline at +48 22 335 12 00.

I didn’t receive the email verification code.

First, check your Spam or Marketing folder. If the message hasn’t arrived, wait a few minutes and try again. If the code still doesn’t arrive, contact the EOS Poland helpline at +48 22 335 12 00.

2. Security and privacy

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use advanced data encryption (SSL protocol). Your data is visible only to you and authorized EOS Poland employees.

How can I update my details in the portal?

You can manage and update your contact information in the “My data” section.
Please note that changes to key details (such as the phone number used for authorization) require confirmation with an SMS code sent to the new number.

Can I delete my EOS Online account?

Yes, you can delete your account in the “My data” section.
Keep in mind that deleting your account does not cancel your debt or any repayment agreements. You are still required to make payments according to the agreed schedule.

3. Cases in EOS Online

How can I set up a settlement in the portal?

  1. Go to your case details and click “View offers” on the right
  2. Review the available repayment options and choose one
  3. Set the date of your first payment and continue
  4. Verify the agreement details
  5. Confirm the terms and your phone number
  6. Enter the SMS code… and you’re done! Your plan is now active

Why can’t I see my case in the portal?

This may happen for two reasons: the case has already been settled, or its current status does not allow online handling. In such cases, please contact an advisor at +48 22 335 12 00.

Is an online settlement agreement as valid as a paper contract?

Yes. Confirming the agreement with an SMS code sent to your phone is legally binding (in accordance with the EOS Online terms and conditions).
You can review the agreement before confirming it, and after approval you’ll receive the full document as a PDF to the email address saved in your “My data” section.

Does one settlement cover all cases?

No. Each case is handled separately (and may involve different original creditors). To repay multiple debts in installments, you need to set up separate agreements for each case displayed in the portal.

None of the repayment options suit me — what should I do?

If the proposed installments are too high, contact an advisor via the helpline. We’ll work with you to create a repayment plan tailored to your financial situation.

4. Payments in EOS Online

How can I repay my debt?

In the portal, you can use fast Autopay methods (BLIK, instant online transfer). You can also download details for a traditional bank transfer.

When will my payment be visible in the portal?

Your payment will appear once it has been processed by EOS Poland. For traditional bank transfers, the balance update in the portal may take up to 2–3 business days.

Where can I find the details for a traditional bank transfer?

You’ll find the transfer details in your repayment schedule by clicking “Payment details”.

5. EOS Online vs. EOS Payments

Will a payment made via EOS Payments be visible in EOS Online?

Yes, payments made through the fast payments portal will reduce the balance of the selected obligation and will be reflected in EOS Online.

Can I set up a repayment plan via EOS Payments?

No. To set up a repayment plan, create an account in EOS Online and review the available options.

Will other payment methods (e.g. bank or post office transfers) be visible in EOS Online?

Yes. If you make a traditional bank transfer (e.g. at a bank branch, via a banking app, or at a post office), the payment will appear in EOS Online after it has been processed.
You can download the necessary transfer details from the portal. Balance updates after such payments may take up to 2–3 business days.
